Overview

Challenge provides an opportunity to meet some of the brightest young people from Virginia's prestigious liberal arts colleges and universities under one roof. It is not just a job fair; it is a forum to meet tomorrow's leaders and exchange ideas. In the 25 year history of this event, more than 700 organizations have participated in the CHALLENGE Job & Internship Fair.

Juniors, seniors and recent graduates who attend this event annually benefit from an wide range of educational programs available through our liberal arts institutions. They have learned critical thinking and analytical reasoning combined with excellent communication skills. These qualities make the students prime candidates for employment in any type of organization.

12 noon - 12:30 pm	Break for employers
12:30 pm - 5 pm	Interview students
